Qualifications:

Required:‍

• Minimum of 8 years of active ceramics practice
• Minimum 4 years teaching adult ceramics
• Strong proficiency in wheel throwing and hand building
• Ability to teach up to 16 students
• Knowledgeable with kiln firing, reclaim, and studio operations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

‍Preferred:‍

• 10+ years of ceramics practice
• 5+ years teaching/coaching adult ceramics
• Interest in developing leadership skills
• Experience in creating learning content
