Our Promise:
We are a learning community where everyone gets ahead. We achieve this goal by helping people fulfill their creative potential.
Our Beliefs & Values:
Most people advance their ceramic learning and career in one of two ways—through formal education including higher ed or by apprenticing under an established artist.
We believe in a third path: through learning, working together, and peer-support, where the community drives better outcomes.
We believe learning gives us the ability to help others and offers each of us a chance to make things better.
We believe everyone has valuable insights and experiences to contribute to other people’s learning journeys.
We believe doing things that might not work is how we learn and create.
We value emotional safety and redefine failure not by the outcome, but by stopping trying.
We value connection over competition and care over convenience.
